1. General Information

Palmer Pro Services is a licensed electrical contracting company serving Baltimore County and surrounding areas. Our Maryland contractor’s license number is #27792.

By using our website or booking our services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and legally authorized to enter into binding agreements.

2. Scope of Services

We provide a range of residential and commercial services, including but not limited to:

• Electrical contracting and maintenance

• Smart home automation and EV charging station installation

• Design consulting and small home improvement projects

• Electrical safety inspections and consulting
   

Future services (e.g., DIY workshops, training programs, or digital content) may be added and will be governed by these same terms.

3. Estimates and Contracts
 

• All written estimates are valid for 30 days from the issue date unless otherwise stated.

• Work will begin within the agreed timeframe following acceptance of a signed contract or proposal.

• Estimated completion dates are approximate and may be extended due to weather, permit delays, inspection schedules, or unforeseen site conditions.

• Changes to scope, materials, or design after work begins must be approved in writing and may affect pricing and schedule.
   

4. Payments
 

• Payment terms will be clearly outlined in your service contract.

• A deposit may be required before work begins.

• Final payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed.

• We accept major forms of payment (cash, check, or electronic transfer).

• Failure to make payment within agreed terms may result in project delays, service suspension, or collection actions.
   

5. Cancellations and Rescheduling
 

• Cancellations must be made in writing or via email to info@palmerprosolutions.com.

• Cancellations made less than 48 hours before a scheduled service may be subject to a cancellation fee.

• Rescheduling will be accommodated when possible, based on availability.
   

6. Warranties and Guarantees

• Palmer Pro Services guarantees workmanship quality for a period specified in your individual service contract.

• Manufacturer warranties on materials or equipment will be honored per the manufacturer’s terms.

• Warranty does not cover misuse, neglect, unauthorized modification, or normal wear and tear.
   

7. Liability and Safety

• All work is performed by licensed professionals following local, state, and national safety codes.

• Palmer Pro Services is not responsible for damages caused by pre-existing conditions, hidden defects, or client-provided materials.
   

8. Website Use

Limited Warranty Statement

Palmer Pro Services stands behind the quality and safety of every project we complete. All workmanship is warranted to be free from defects for a period of one (1) year from the date of completion, unless otherwise specified in writing.

This warranty covers only labor performed by Palmer Pro Services and does not extend to:

• Materials, fixtures, or equipment covered under a manufacturer’s warranty.

• Damage resulting from misuse, neglect, modification, or repairs performed by others.

• Normal wear and tear, weather-related damage, or unforeseen conditions beyond our control.
   

If a workmanship issue arises within the warranty period, Palmer Pro Services will inspect the matter and, at our discretion, repair or replace any defective work at no additional cost to the client.

This Limited Warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original client and location where the work was performed. No other warranties, expressed or implied, are provided beyond those stated herein.
